Message from the President of SAMAAP I am overwhelmingly pleased at being able to present to you this edition of the SAMAAP Newsletter 2026, a publication that we had not been able to o5er in printed form since 2022. We managed to o5er a digital publication in 2024, but it has not been until now that we are able to present to you a printed version.

Editors:We need to recognize and offer sincere appreciation, particularly to our relatively new member Viodelda Mrkham-Burts, who joined SAMAAP just a little less than two years ago, bringing with her a wealth of talents and abilities, with which in coordination with a few other members, was able to complete the publication of this booklet in a record time of only two months. To Viodelda and her
team, I say a resounding thank you.
